Call Cycle allows you to see the Call Cycles, create new ones and modify existing ones
Schedule allows you to see the appointments of all the users based on the current call cycles.

You can create a new call cycle by clicking “New Call Cycle” or you can modify an existing call cycle by searching for and clicking on the call cycle you are interested in.

The description of the call cycle, a common practice is to put the name of the user and then the name of the store.
Store Search. Enter a search term for the store name and then click enter. The dropdown will then search for the store. Select the store you are looking for from the resulting dropdown.
User Search. Enter a search term for the user and then click enter. The dropdown will then search for the user. Select the user you are looking for from the resulting dropdown.
<aside> ☝🏻 Once you have entered both the store and user, the system will check to make sure there is not an existing call cycle for this store/user combination.

Start Time. Enter the time the user should start at the store. Leave this blank if the user can arrive at any time.
End time. Enter the time the user should leave from the store. Leave this blank if the user can leave at any time.
Start Date. Enter the date the call cycle should start.
End Date. Enter the date the call cycle should end. You can select up to 1 year in the future.
<aside> 🚧 A feature will be available later to automatically extend the End Date of call cycles.

Days. Select the days the call cycle’s appointments should fall on.
Weeks. Select the weeks of the month the call cycles appointments should fall on.
Months. Select the months the call cycle appointments should fall on.
The appointments view shows all the appointments calculated based on your inputs. To recalculate these remember to click update or create after you have completed the fields above.
Create/Update. After you have entered the fields above. Click Create/Update to calculate the appointments. Review the appointments to make sure they have calculated as you expected.
End. If you wish to end a particular call cycle simply click “End” this will move the end date to today and recalculate accordingly.
<aside> ☝🏻 Note that past call cycle appointments cannot be deleted. And if a call cycle is to be restarted after it has been ended the end date simply needs to be moved up to some date in the future. Appointments cannot be generated in the past either.
