The Trade Notes Tab allows you to view, create, and manage trade notes on the mobile app. This functionality helps users keep track of important observations and details related to products and stores.

Viewing Trade Notes:

• All Notes: In the middle of the page, you can see a list of all trade notes. This section displays all the notes that have been created, allowing you to quickly access and review them.

Creating a New Trade Note:

1. New Trade Note Button:

   • Click the New Trade Note button to navigate to the trade note creation page.

2. Trade Note Creation Page:

   • On this page, you can input the following details to create a new trade note:
     • Add Photo: Attach a photo relevant to the trade note. This can be an image of a product, store display, or any other pertinent visual information.
     • Tag a Product: Select and tag a product that the trade note is related to. This helps in associating the note with a specific item.
     • Tag a Store: Select and tag a store that the trade note is related to. This helps in associating the note with a specific location.
     • Title: Enter a title for the trade note. The title should be a concise summary of the note's content.
     • Description: Provide a detailed description of the trade note. This should include any observations, details, or comments relevant to the tagged product and store.

Instructions:

1. Viewing All Trade Notes:

   • Open the Trade Notes tab to see a list of all existing trade notes in the middle of the page. You can scroll through and review any notes that have been previously created.

2. Creating a New Trade Note:

   • Click the New Trade Note button to start creating a new note.
   • On the trade note creation page, fill out the necessary fields:
     • Add Photo: Click to attach a relevant photo.
     • Tag a Product: Select the product related to the note.
     • Tag a Store: Select the store related to the note.
     • Title: Enter a succinct title for the note.
     • Description: Provide a detailed description including any observations or comments.
   • Once all fields are filled out, save or submit the note to add it to the list of trade notes.
