The Promotions Tab allows users to create and manage promotions directly from the mobile app. This functionality helps users document promotional activities and details effectively.

Creating a New Promotion:

To create a new promotion, follow these steps:

1. Add Photo:
   • Attach a photo relevant to the promotion. This could be an image of the promotional display, product setup, or any other pertinent visual information.
2. Add Product:
   • Select and tag the product that the promotion is related to. This helps in associating the promotion with a specific item.
3. Add Type:
   • Choose the type of promotion from the following options:
     • Flasher: For small promotional signs or tags.
     • Poster: For larger promotional posters.
     • Stand: For standalone promotional displays.
     • Other: For any other types of promotions not listed above.
4. Start Date:
   • Enter the start date for the promotion. This is the date when the promotion begins.
5. Price:
   • Enter the promotional price of the product.
6. End Date:
   • Enter the end date for the promotion. This is the date when the promotion ends.
7. Comments:
   • Provide any additional comments or details about the promotion. This can include observations, special instructions, or any other relevant information.

• Navigate to the Promotions tab on the mobile app.
• Click the New Promotion button to start creating a new promotion.
• Fill out the following fields:
  1. Add Photo: Click to attach a relevant photo of the promotion.
  2. Add Product: Select the product that the promotion is associated with.
  3. Add Type: Choose the type of promotion (Flasher, Poster, Stand, Other).
  4. Price: Enter the promotional price of the product.
  5. Start Date: Enter the start date for the promotion.
  6. End Date: Enter the end date for the promotion.
  7. Comments: Provide any additional comments or details.
• Once all fields are completed, save or submit the promotion to add it to the list of promotions.
