Sales Order Capturer’s can view all submitted orders that are ready for processing. They will also receive a email once a order is submitted.
Access the Orders Section
Log in to the web app and navigate to the “Sales” section and then click on “Orders”. All recently submitted orders from the mobile app are listed here, along with their details.


Order Details:
- Telemarketers will be able to see the details entered by the user during the order creation, including:
- Principal
- Store
- Product Class
- Customer Order Number
- Total Value (including VAT)
- The photo of the order document uploaded by the user.
Marking Orders as Completed:
- Once the telemarketers have finished processing the order, they can click the Mark as Done button to mark the order as complete, finalizing the process.
