To create and manage orders, navigate to the Orders page by clicking the Orders button in the bottom right corner of the app.

Steps to Create a New Order:
To start a New Order Click on the “New Order” button to begin.
- Select Principal:
- Choose the relevant principal (supplier or distributor) for the order.
- Select Store:
- Choose the store for which the order is being placed.
- Select Product Class:
- Choose between Ambient or Cold product classes, depending on the type of goods being ordered.
- Add Customer Order Number:
- Input the unique order number provided by the customer.
- Add Total Value (Including VAT):
- Enter the total value of the order, including VAT.
- Add Picture of the Order Document:
- Upload a photo of the order document for reference.
- Submit Order
- Once the order is submitted, the Telemarketers will receive an email with all the claim information for further processing.
