Headings:

  1. Store: The store where the fridge or freezer is located.
  2. Type: The type of refrigeration unit (e.g., Island Freezer, Upright Fridge).
  3. Serial Number: The unique serial number of the unit.
  4. Barcode: The barcode associated with the unit.
  5. Condition: The current working condition of the unit (e.g., Working, Needs Maintenance).
  6. Principal: The principal or brand associated with the refrigeration unit.
  7. Checked By: The name of the person who last checked the unit.
  8. Last Checked: The date and time when the unit was last checked.
  9. Photo: An image of the fridge or freezer.
  10. Plate Photo: An image of the unit's plate number.
