Flow Spaces Tab

The Flow Spaces Tab allows you to manage and monitor different flow spaces within stores. The table includes several key headings and functionalities to help you efficiently track and update flow space details.

Headings:

1. Store: The store where the flow space is located.
2. Type: The type of flow space (e.g., shelf, endcap).
3. Town: The town where the store is situated.
4. Description: A brief description of the flow space (e.g., Chocolate Shelf, Isle 3).
5. Principals: The principal companies whose products are in the flow space.
6. Products: The products displayed in the flow space.
7. Promotions: Current promotions running in the flow space.
8. Merchandizer: The name of the merchandizer responsible for the flow space.
9. Last Checked: The date when the flow space was last checked.
10. After Photo: A visual record of the flow space after the last check.
11. View: Click this button under the After Photo heading to pull a PDF report. This report includes the before and after photos, along with the description, store type, and the name of the person who captured the data.

Generating Reports:

Click the appropriate report button (Flow Report, Price Report, Planogram Report, Questionnaire Report, or Availability Report) to generate the corresponding detailed report.

1. Use the filters to filter out the flowspaces you are interested in.

1. Generate the report you need by clicking the button that corrosponds to the report you are interested in
   • Flow Report: Click this button to generate a detailed report of the filtered flow spaces.
   • Price Report: Click this button to generate a detailed report of the pricing within the flow spaces.
   • Planogram Report: Click this button to generate a detailed report of the planograms within the flow spaces.
   • Questionnaire Report: Click this button to generate a detailed report of the questionnaires related to the flow spaces.
   • Availability Report: Click this button to generate a detailed report of the product availability within the flow spaces.
