The Flow Checks Tab is designed to help you manage and monitor flow checks across different stores. The table includes several key headings and functionalities to help you efficiently track and update flow check details.
Headings:
- Store: The store where the flow check is conducted.
- Type: The type of flow check performed (e.g., shelf audit, endcap review).
- Description: A brief description of the flow check.
- Principals: The principal companies whose products are included in the flow check.
- Products: The products reviewed during the flow check.
- Promotions: Any promotions relevant to the flow check.
- Merchandizer: The name of the merchandizer who conducted the flow check.
- Check Date: The date when the flow check was performed.
- After Photo: A visual record of the flow space after the flow check.
- Check Box: Select All filtered field or select certain fields you would like to export
- View: Click this button under the After Photo heading to pull a PDF report. This report includes the before and after photos, along with the description, store type, and the name of the person who captured the data.

Generate Report:
12. Flow Report: Click this button to generate a detailed report of the flow checks. To download a specific report, use the filters provided.
- Apply filters as needed to narrow down the report to specific criteria.
- Use the Check boxes to select whatrows you would want to include
- Note that you cannot export more than 100 rows at a time. Ensure your filter settings align with this limitation.
- Click the Flow Report button to generate a detailed report.
