Editing a User

To edit an existing user's information, follow these steps after selecting the user you want to edit:

Steps to Edit a User:

  1. First Name: Update the user's first name if needed.
  2. Last Name: Update the user's last name if needed.
  3. Email: Update the user's email address if needed.
  4. Phone: Update the user's phone number if needed.
  5. Organization: Specify or update the organization the user belongs to.
  6. Location: Indicate or update the user's location.
  7. Role: Select or update the role the user will have within the system.
  8. Supervisor: Update the name of the user's direct supervisor if needed.
  9. Resend Credentials: If you need to resend user credentials, click the "Resend Credentials" button.
  10. Save/Submit: Once all fields are completed, click the "Save"/ "Submit" button to add the new user to the system.
