Editing a User
To edit an existing user's information, follow these steps after selecting the user you want to edit:
Instructions:
- Update the required fields with the new information.
- Double-check the entered details for accuracy.
Steps to Edit a User:
- First Name: Update the user's first name if needed.
- Last Name: Update the user's last name if needed.
- Email: Update the user's email address if needed.
- Phone: Update the user's phone number if needed.
- Organization: Specify or update the organization the user belongs to.
- Location: Indicate or update the user's location.
- Role: Select or update the role the user will have within the system.
- Supervisor: Update the name of the user's direct supervisor if needed.
- Resend Credentials: If you need to resend user credentials, click the "Resend Credentials" button.
- Save/Submit: Once all fields are completed, click the "Save"/ "Submit" button to add the new user to the system.
