Searching for Claims to Debrief

1. You can enter almost any detail about the claim to try to find the claim: eg. the tag number, the claim number the store code etc.
2. You can scan any barcode on the claim to try and find the claim.
3. Tap search to refresh the search results.
4. Once you have found the claim that needs to be debriefed you can tap “Debrief” next to the relevant claim.

Debriefing

1. Tap “Bag & Tag” to take a picture of the Bag with the tag clearly visible.
2. Tap “Document” to take a picture of the claim document.
3. Tap “Other” to take any additional pictures that you think might be relevant.
4. Indicate whether the claim is intact or not.
5. Enter any comments you think might be relevant.

Completing the Debriefing

1. You can compare the claim with the claim details captured earlier by the rep. Note, that you cannot edit any of these details except the Destruction Required tag.
2. Once you are done you can tap “Debrief” to complete the debriefing.
