Check In, Unscheduled Check In and Check Out

When you check in the system records your GPS location and the time. This allows head-office to keep track of call cycle attendance.

To ensure that all the stores, that carry our products, get serviced regularly, call cycles are set up that say who needs to visit which store and when. You can find your call cycle on the home page.

Checking In on a Call Cycle

You can see your upcoming or past call cycles by navigating forwards or backwards and clicking on the day you want to look at.

1. To check in according to a call cycle simply tap “Check-In” on the appropriate call cycle appointment.
2. If you can not check into the store or the store is not needed to checked in today, you can click on “Skip” to not visit the store.

Skipping a Call Cycle

When skipping a call cycle you will need to give a reason.

1. You will first need select from a list of options on why you are skipping the call cycle by clicking on “Please select a reason” to show you the list of options.

1. If you choose the reason “Other” you will need to specify the reason or if your chosen reason needs further explanation.
2. If you are finished entering the needed information you can click on “Submit” to skip the call cycle
3. If you wish not to skip the current call cycle you can click on “Cancel”.

Unscheduled Check-in

It is sometimes necessary to visit a store even if that store is not on your call cycle. Even so recording your attendance is important.

To do an unscheduled check-In start by clicking the “Unplanned Check-In button at the bottom of the screen.

• You will be presented with a search screen that you can use to look up the store or location you want to check in to.
  1. You can search for a store by typing the name of the store in the search bar this is often enough to find the store you are looking for.
• If searching by name did not give you the needed results.
  1. You can also filter the Buying Group
  2. You can also filter by town
• To search for stores matching the information you have entered click “Search”
• To clear all the fields and start over you can click “Reset”

Once you have found the store you are looking for click “Clock-In” next to the appropriate store.

Checking Out

Once you are ready to leave the store after completing all of your duties you can check out by tapping Check-Out on the store screen.
