Claim Processing

Claims can be found under the Claims tab:

1. You can create a claim through the web app by clicking on create claim.

2. Stores are assigned to specific users. Users can filter claims by their assigned stores by checking the "My Stores" checkbox or view all claims by unchecking it.

You can filter the claims on the report by selecting options on the dropdown menus at the top of the screen:

To open a claim simply click the record you wish to view in more detail:

Each claim includes Claim**, Capture, and Approval** columns:

• Claim: Indicates whether the claim has been submitted or Approved.
• Capture: Shows if the capture process is Pending or Completed.
• Approval: Displays whether the claim has No Approval, is Pending, or has been Approved.
