In order to understand which products are being returned or claimed the app allows users to capture the detail lines of claims.

Because this is such a time consuming process the app has the ability to automatically read the detail lines of claims off the text on the claim form.

To do this simply do the following:

1. Select the principal that the claim is for.
2. Upload an image of the claim form.
3. And then click Parse Document
4. Review and verify the information.

<aside> 💡 Make sure the photo is clear and readable and that you have selected the correct principal before clicking parse. If the resulting information is completely wrong. Double check that you have selected the correct principal and make sure the photo is clear and readable and click parse document again.

<aside> ⚠️ If you are writing the form by hand make sure the handwriting is clearly readable and that the descriptions of the products matches the names of the products as much as possible.
