- Within the AND or OR functions, you can also nest additional AND or OR functions.
- The system allows you to select various variables to check, such as Buying Group, Reason, Type, Principal, Total, and more.
- For each variable, you can set conditions to match specific values using operators like:
- Equal to (eq)
- Greater than (gt)
- Greater than or equal to (gte)
- Less than (lt)
- Less than or equal to (lte)
- Not equal to (ne)
- After setting the condition, you can specify the exact value that the variable should match and then click Add to save the condition.
- Assign Approvers
- Similar to the condition setup, you can assign approvers to the approval map.
- You can choose to assign approvers by their Role, Username, or Group.
- This allows you to define who is responsible for approving claims based on the mapped conditions.
